Privacy information for the GBEX Consulting website and mobile application.
This policy explains how GBEX Consulting collects, uses, stores and protects information submitted through its website and mobile application.
Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide through consultation and contact forms, including your name, company, professional role, contact details, requested service, booking preferences and message. The maturity assessment processes the ratings you enter and generates an indicative result.
On-device assessment data
Assessment progress and the latest result may be saved locally on your device so you can continue later and share a summary. This local information is not submitted to GBEX Consulting unless you separately choose to send information through a form. You can remove it by clearing the app data or deleting the app.
How we use information
Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, arrange consultations, provide requested services, improve our offerings, protect the service and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics and service providers
With your consent, limited usage information may be processed for analytics and service improvement. Providers used for hosting, email, scheduling, security and analytics may process limited information under their own security and privacy commitments.
Storage, security and retention
Information is transmitted over HTTPS and protected through reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. We retain submitted information only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, security or legitimate business records.
Your choices
You may decline optional analytics. You may request access, correction or deletion of submitted personal information by emailing info@gawishbex.com. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
Children
The service is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children.

التحليلات ومقدمو الخدمات
بعد الحصول على موافقتك، قد تُعالج معلومات استخدام محدودة لأغراض التحليلات وتحسين الخدمة. وقد يعالج مقدمو خدمات الاستضافة والبريد والحجز والأمان والتحليلات قدرًا محدودًا من المعلومات وفق التزاماتهم الأمنية وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهم.
الحفظ والأمان
تُنقل المعلومات عبر اتصال HTTPS وتخضع لضوابط إدارية وتقنية معقولة. ونحتفظ بالمعلومات المرسلة فقط للمدة اللازمة للغرض المحدد أو الالتزامات القانونية أو الأمان أو سجلات الأعمال المشروعة.
